Swedish/Relaxation Massage - $110 for 1hr - is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines lotion, gel, and/or essential oils with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve its circulation. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance, and greater flexibility.
MLD - manual lymphatic drainage - $135 for 1hr - head, neck, and face, or full body session(s), using a gentle technique and rhythmic strokes, working with the lymphatic system. This form of bodywork is performed through the client's loose and comfortable clothing, and aims to increase lymph flow (as opposed to massage which focuses on muscles); pain-free and designed to be deeply relaxing. The client is expected to drink plenty of water before and after the session(s).
Specific/Focused Massage - $110 for 1hr - targets one or a few areas for the duration of the appointment, and uses a more profound or targeted approach. This form of bodywork aims to relieve tension in the deeper muscle layers of the body and is a highly effective method for releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries. Due to the nature of this deeper and specific work, open communication during the session is crucial to make sure you don't get too uncomfortable. Keep in mind that soreness is common after the treatment, and most people opt to drink plenty of water after the session.

Combo Swedish and Specific - $165 for 1hr30 - is also a tailored session; can be a combination of relaxation and focused work on one or two specific areas.

Chair massage - prices vary - is a popular way to relieve stress or tension right in your home or workplace. You receive your massage in a specialized ergonomic chair which I bring to your location. In addition to the usual health benefits of massage, another benefit of chair massage is that it is done over clothing. With seated massage, you can avoid the discomfort and awkwardness that you may feel in disrobing for a traditional massage. Also, chair massage sessions are usually shorter than traditional massage, making it convenient enough to fit into your busy schedule.

"Stress-less" Yoga - is an 8-week modified kundalini yoga program for adults who feel (chronic) stress, have experienced trauma or who just want a more tailored experience. Please note, in order to participate in a group setting, I require that you are able to self-regulate, and if more personalized attention is needed please consider a 1-on-1 yoga program.
Yoga-CBT - is a 6-week blended program for adults with prolonged stress. Y-CBT blends the effective components of cognitive behavioral therapy with Kundalini yoga to teach participants to break the cycle by targeting both the cognitive (thought) and physical symptoms of stress simultaneously. The program helps create a neutral place that leaves self-judgment and criticism behind. Using gentle cognitive restructuring the participant learns to quiet negative self-talk of stress, anxiety and worry, while also calming the body with a variety of yoga and breathing techniques from Kundalini yogic traditions.
